A message from Louise
Hi there - well done for taking the first step! I thought I’d share the reason I do what I do, so you know we’re in this together! Whilst pregnant with my 2nd baby I was told by a fitness professional that I couldn’t exercise - even though I had no risks. So by the time I had my 3rd baby I decided to train in fitness and exercise. I am a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, specialising in pre and post natal recovery and exercise, and menopause.
I have been training women since 2018, I am incredibly passionate about how the right exercise can not only give you the aesthetics you want but how it can heal your body, from anything to fixing your pelvic floor, fixing prolapses, back pain and diastase recti, and reducing arthritis pain.
It is also one of the best things you can do for your mental health! I truly love what I do and it’s an honour to support women.
As a mum of 3 I truly understand how challenging it can be to take some time for yourself, which is why all my classes and 1-1 sessions are baby friendly.
